The CEO is currently in-between its second to third research cycle. The first, also known as the Theory of Pneuminous Accretions, has morphed into the more robust and tactical study of and into what we conceptualize as zones. Yet, in what might be seen as its third cycle, we expand the scope of the project even more by now accepting submissions of book-length works, as well as collaborative pieces for our blog.
